Thank you for your interest in my monthly cooking challenge. Below, you will find the detailed official cooking challenge rules.
- Culinary Spark reserves the right to adjust the schedule of the Giveaway at its sole discretion, including the suspension, postponement, or cancellation of any monthly challenge without prior notice. While our intention is to conduct a monthly Giveaway, circumstances or organizational priorities may lead to months where no Giveaway is held. Participants are encouraged to visit our website or follow us on social media for the most current information regarding the status of the monthly challenges.
- Each month Culinary Spark Challenge (the “Giveaway”) will begin at 8:00 a.m. EST on the first day of each calendar month and continue until 11:59 p.m. EST on the last day of each calendar month (the “Entry Period”).
- During the Entry Period, to enter the Giveaway, make any of the eligible recipes announced by Culinary Spark for that month (which can also be found on www.culinaryspark.com) and then send a picture of it to [email protected] by the end of the month.
- For 1 (one) additional bonus entry into the Giveaway that month, share a photo of your creation on Instagram, tagging the original creator blogger and adding hashtag #culinarysparkchallenge. Instagram handles of each creator blogger can be found at www.culinaryspark.com.
- Each month, one (1) winner will be selected and contacted via the email address used to submit a photo.
- Each month, the Culinary Spark Challenge will offer a unique prize to be awarded to one (1) winner. The specific prize for each month will be announced at the beginning of the entry period on www.culinaryspark.com and through our official Culinary Spark social media channels. The prize could range from gift cards, kitchen gadgets, cooking-related merchandise, or other delights selected by Culinary Spark. The approximate value and details of each month’s prize will be specified in the monthly announcement. The winner will receive the prize as detailed for that month’s challenge, which will be sent in accordance with the prize fulfillment procedures outlined in these rules.
- Limit two entries per individual.
- The Giveaway is open to only U.S. residents age 18 and older living in the 50 U.S. states.
- This Giveaway is not in any way affiliated, endorsed, or supported by Instagram, A Southern Soul, Persnickety Plates, Lil Luna, Princess Pinky Girl, Eating on a Dime, Rasa Malaysia, Shugary Sweets, JoyFoodSunshine, Modern Honey, and Favorite Family Recipes.
- No purchase is required.
- The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
- The winner of the Culinary Spark November Challenge will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The selected winner will be contacted via email to be informed about their victory and to arrange the delivery of the prize. This approach ensures that all participants have an equal opportunity to win, regardless of their level of culinary skill or experience.
- No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
- This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. By participating, you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to be unconditionally bound by all of these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
- You agree to accept the decisions of Culinary Spark as final and binding as they relate to the content of this Giveaway. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Culinary Spark. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities, or uses any device to enter, or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Culinary Spark, will be disqualified.
- By entering this Giveaway, you understand and agree that Culinary Spark shall have the right and a perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use or publish in any social media platform or email listserv, your first name, the city and state in which you live, your social media handle, and/or any photo you posted of your made recipe for publicity and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
- Culinary Spark reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway for any reason. In such a case, Culinary Spark may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to such event.
- By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Culinary Spark and its advertising and promotion agencies, partners, employees, officers, managers, directors, and owners from and against any liability, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) participation in this Giveaway; (ii) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (iii) technical failures of any kind; or (iv) electronic or human error in the administration of this giveaway or the processing of entries.
- This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, you agree that any and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Arizona having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
